I highly recommend this dealership. I drove all the way from Chicago and it was definitely worth the drive. I was able to get my first BMW and Jordan was great who made the whole process comfortable and easy. Service and communication was good. However no complimentary wash when asked about was told not given due to temperature, it was 31 degrees 😳. Was told I could bring car back into bay for a vacuuming in ten minutes 😚

They tried to screw me on the interest rate after representing that I got the best rate with a BMW CPO. They also tried selling me an aftermarket extended warranty. The piece of paper he used to "illustrate" how the warranty worked had the BMW logo in his "target box". Although he never expressed that it was a BMW warranty, his "drawing" implied otherwise. Be very careful going through F and I at any dealership, and especially careful at BMW of Schererville.

I recently purchased a 2019 X3 from the team at Schererville BMW and it was a good experience all around. Everything was really good with 2 exceptions. Was told my repair would take 4-5 hrs dropped my car off at 9:45am, but didn't get a call until 4:30pm. I'm not in Schereville, so didn't get there until 5:30 Cashier couldn't find my keys after digging through keys laying everywhere I spotted them, but they were not correctly tagged, so I had to convince her they were mine. Told the car was outside. After searching 2 areas for my car, went back in and they started looking. They finally found in the gated area that was locked. It took another 15 ...

10 out of 10 experience! I had my first oil change at BMW this past week. The customer service and oil change service was amazing. They picked up my vehicle from my office while I was at work. I was able to see the step by step progress to see when my car would be finished. Before they dropped it back off I received a text message with a link which showed a video of my vehicle going through the maintenance check list. Super cool! Thank you!
