Had to replace car that died on very short notice. Online search showed they had what I was looking for. They actually answered my email on Sunday, and gave me the needed information. Drive two hours to the dealership on Monday, and was taken care of by Jeremy. Excellent demeanor, very knowledgeable. I had great two experiences with Antonio at BMW of Schererville. When we were going to finance with our own bank, which offers an APR that is nearly impossible to beat, Nick called their bank and pulled a couple of strings to get us a comparable deal so we could drive the car off of the lot today and feel great about it! Between these two visits, I went to a different dealership in Merrillville, and it was nothing but a hassle. Low-ball offer on my trade-in, going back and forth on it to keep me there for hours…. BMW of Schererville is a breath of fresh air! Go see Antonio and Nick, and you will not be disappointed!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. If you like reading reviews this one is for you! I worked with Thore (pronounced Torre), younger gentleman but he's a dealership veteran and he knows his stuff! And most importantly he's willing to work with you! I bought a 22 Kia Stinger GT2. I've been looking for almost 2 months now. Most dealerships seem to treat these cars like they are ultra rare and won't negotiate on price or work with you in any way to make a deal. Thore and this dealership was not like that. He was patient with me and not over bearing while I was doing my search. Understood that texting was the best way for me to talk about the deal bc of my busy schedule doesn't match well with their hours. He even gave me his personal contact bc we couldn't communicate as well as we needed too at times. In my eyes, 2025 texting to make a deal is the new norm, and Thore wasn't opposed in any way shape or form. If it matters, I made a 2 hour driver there then back two times just to make sure this deal could get done. I liked Thore and the way he operated enough that I was ready to trust him with delivery but the timing wasn't in neither of our favors. Overall, if you're reading this before you're looking into this dealership, don't hesitate to give them a call, but if you do, ask for my guy Thore! Highly recommend this location, from purchase to service department. I’ve always had Audi’s but the experience here is unmatched. My advisor is Joe G. I’ve had great service provided each time I’ve brought my vehicle in to be serviced. I’m glad the technicians were able to locate the issues with turbo coolant lines and oil filter housing before catastrophic damage was caused to engine on my BMW X3.

We recently purchased a 2026 BMW X3 from Glenn at the BMW of Schererville and the service was perfect! We are buys from Indianapolis and Glenn made the quoting process as smooth as I can imagine, and he had our car ready when we arrived. He also spent quite of his time familiarizing us with the vehicle with his professional knowledge and as personal BMW vehicle owner.
